Georgian Manor House

Chelmsford, Essex

Klara Stanbridge Ltd were commissioned by a London based interior design studio to manufacture and install 8 x pairs of heavy interlined curtains, 3 x soft sheer roman blinds and 1 x contrast lined bed canopy corona in the most stunning midnight blue velvet with burgundy red braid and piping. Each window treatment was adorned with braids and trimmings, of which all were meticulously designed and sewn to ensure their best features were always on show.

Being a period property, we went the extra mile to ensure all window treatments were as thermally efficient as possible, plus paying attention to the listing of the building and therefore the fixings being used for the hardware. All details of every item were discussed, designed and planned throughout the on site consultations between Klara, the designer and the homeowner. A grand selection of drapery, for an equally grand home.

Penthouse Apartment…

Bedfordshire

This beautiful rooftop apartment overlooking picturesque parkland in Bedfordshire needed completely renovating for our clients. Klara Stanbridge Ltd worked alongside the clients Interior Designer to design, manufacture and install all of the window treatments for the property.

5 x pairs of lined and interlined curtains and 4 x waterfall roman blinds were created to bond the interior designers’ vision with the clients existing furniture.

Various patterns were used throughout this project and their usage was discussed in depth to ensure each scale of pattern was matched to it’s correlating sized window.
